申通快递单号查询

什么是平邮和挂号

平邮是普通邮寄的简称。这种方式通常用于全年订阅杂志的邮寄。平邮不能查询当前及达状态，不需要本人签收。

*平常能正常收件（正常收取邮局投递的信件、印刷品、包裹等）的用户可采用这种方式。

挂号邮寄是指用户交付挂号费用后，远望资讯采用挂号印刷品方式邮寄，需要收件人本人签收或者代收点签收。费率为3元/次，该笔费用为远望资讯代邮局收取，最终收费人为中国邮政。挂号邮寄的运输时间与平邮相同。

*收件比较困难的地址、地区、单位或者比较偏远的地区或有特殊需要的用户一般采用挂号邮寄。

使用平邮还是挂号均由用户自由选择，即用户选择平邮时采用平邮邮寄，用户选择挂号，则采用挂号邮寄。

到货时间

一、普通邮寄及邮局挂号邮寄速度通常偏慢，重庆市内一般7天左右，市外地区一般为7~20天。这些时间均为参考时间，以实际到达的时间为准。（挂号不能加快邮寄速度，其到达时间与平邮几乎相同）

二、快递到达时间以快递公司提供的状态报告为准。具体需据快递单号查询。

我们的发货时间

所在成功支付的订单我们于当日或者第二个工作日内处理完成（遇节假日可能会稍有延迟）。

已经上市的商品我们于订单处理完成当时发货，未上市商品（通常产品名称带有“预订”字样）我们将于产品上市时的第一时间发货。

全年订阅的用户发货时间与杂志上市日期基本一致，具体以我们在http://bbs.cniti.com公告的发货时间为准。

如何使用快递

使用何种方式邮寄均由用户自主选择，我们提供2种快递方式供大家选择使用，分别为中国邮政EMS、申通快递。如下图。

发货方式

您可以自由选择使用挂号邮寄或者快递邮寄。其中，快递又分别提供EMS和申通快递。

快递号码将直接提供在订单历史记录里。

请在购物过程中选择邮寄方式。（如下图，图中快递费用仅为示例，实际费用以订购时为准）

如何取消订单

在每个订单的详细信息页面里面，会有一个取消的按钮，点击此按钮，可以取消订单。（如下图）

* 未支付成功的订单可以取消，否则不能通过网站取消。

* 如果打算取消已经支付成功的订单，请来电与我们联系。

商品名称中的“预订”是什么意思？

对于即将上市的商品，远望eShop在销售时，会以“预订”字样标记此商品为即将上市的商品，即表示此商品在您订购之时不能马上发货，需要在我们到货之后发货。

*到货时我们以第一时间为预订用户发货。发货时间以我们公告的时间为准。
